If you are in need of your DD214 click on the following web site:

Then go to Start your Military Service Record (DD Form 214) Request and follow the prompts and fill in the required information. It also has you print a signature sheet that you have to mail in to them. When they receive the signature paper, they will send you an email confirming that they received it. Then in about 10 days, you’ll receive 2 certified copies of your DD 214 and copies of your discharge orders.
